If you love animals, this week is for you! Campers will use a mix of science, creativity, and outdoor adventure to explore the ecosystems of living things. We’ll pet, feed, and visit with animals like goats, cows, pigs, ducks, ponies, and rabbits — yes, a real petting zoo is coming! — while learning how animals live, grow, and adapt to their environments. Artists will create animal-inspired projects ranging from sculpture and watercolor to bold drawings and imaginative designs. Engineers will design and build creative tech that helps feed animals, create shelter, and keep animals safe. Campers will also hunt for animal tracks, follow their senses, and explore exciting ideas like habitats, adaptation, and survival across the animal kingdom. Performers will improvise scenes, sing songs, and create an animal orchestra for our Friday Wild Safari Theatre performance.
